4-5 MINUTES & ADD
3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
1 ½ TS SWEET
BASIL LEAVES

BRING
TO A BOIL & ADD
½ TS BAKING SODA
BAKING SODA CUTS THE ACID IN THE TOMATOES.

1 OZ CHICKEN BASE
1 ½ TS KOSHER
SALT
1 TS BLACK PEPPER
BRING TO
BOIL & RUN THROUGH FOOD PROCESSOR, BLENDER OR HAND BLENDER
REMOVE FROM
HEAT & ADD
16 oz CREAM
½ CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
USE
WIRE WHIP TO BLEND

BRING BACK TO A BOIL
